Description

 TEL - Web Invoice Training

   Web Invoice Training is for faculty and staff who access the online Telecommunication Services monthly invoice. Training will include instruction on how to log in, select reports, view reports, drilldown, export, email, print, and more.


 TEL-Phone Etiquette and Techniques

   Learn basic phone skills that play a critical role in the success of your department. You will learn effective techniques for answering calls, placing callers on hold, controlling the conversation, and more.


 TEL-Telecommunication System Features - Tips and Tricks

   Do you know the difference in Call Forwarding and Send All Calls? Would you like to learn how to Park a Call and retrieve the call from another phone? Learn how to take shortcuts and work more effectively using the phone system's features.


 TEL-Voice Mail Training

   In this hands-on training class you will learn how to retrieve messages, administer standard, busy, and out-of-office greetings, change your password, listen to the message envelope (delivery date, time, and phone number the call came from), check messages from off-campus, create and send messages, how to use the online Web Phone Manger application and more.
