Description

 BDMS - GRADS (GRaduate ADmissions System) for Graduate Programs

   GRADS for Graduate Programs is a one and a half hour course that will demonstrate how the new GRADS system is used by the Graduate College and Graduate Programs in the process of evaluating graduate applicants. Topics include requesting access and notifications, reviewing scanned and imaged application materials, completing the new on-line "Admission Recommendation" form, and communications with the applicants and the Graduate College. All persons involved in evaluating graduate applicants are encouraged to attend.


 BDMS - Legacy AP Financial Documents

   Net change and basic navigation for accounts payable documents migrated to BDMS from the legacy Hummingbird imaging system.


 BDMS - Legacy Financial Documents

   Net change and basic navigation for financial documents migrated to BDMS from the legacy Hummingbird imaging system.


 BDMS - Web Basics

   BDMS Web Basics is a two hour course that will demonstrate the functionality of BDMS and provide participants with hands-on practice. Topics include password synchronization, accessing and logging in to BDMS, component installation, queries, views, printing/exporting, email, annotations/redactions, INB integration, and more. All BDMS users are encouraged to attend a session of this course.

Before attending BDMS Web Basics, please ensure you know your Banner INB Password for the TEST8 system. If you need to set or reset your password, please contact the instructors at least one day prior to the course.
